Next Generation Funds
At Afandecor, we have successfully managed numerous applications for aid from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union through the Next Generation EU funds. Thanks to our expertise in energy efficiency, we have helped our clients replace their windows, improving the thermal insulation of their homes and optimizing their energy consumption.
During the last funding rounds, the Community of Madrid allocated €3.2 million in 2022 and €4.8 million in 2023 for window and door replacements. Our work has enabled many individuals and homeowners' associations to access these subsidies, saving up to 40% of the total renovation cost and significantly reducing their heating and air conditioning bills.
Currently, the grants are temporarily closed, but we are monitoring the reopening of future calls for applications to continue facilitating our clients' access to these subsidies.
