Benefits of the renewal plan
Cost savings: The subsidies include €120 per m² of glass installed and €180 per m² if installed with a motorized roller shutter box. Energy efficiency: Installing new windows can lead to savings of up to 30% on energy bills, improving the thermal and acoustic insulation of the spaces.

Beneficiaries
Individuals, neighborhood associations, building management companies, renewable energy companies, building owners, energy service companies, special entities and premises owners.
Eligible actions
Installation of new windows with a minimum surface area of 2 m² of glass, using materials such as metal, mixed, PVC or wood, and with an air permeability of class 4. Uninstalled windows, enclosures or those located on non-vertical parameters will not be subsidized.
